Delivery note, control document (DeCA) and eCMR for your fleet and drivers

Create the digital delivery note or DeCA from the office or let the driver generate it on the road. Send to mobile, collect signatures at origin and destination, and show a QR during any inspection.

Kargo platform for transport companies with digital delivery notes and DeCA

How it works

From dispatch to driver, with traceability at every step

Two ways to create delivery notes and control documents — from the office web panel or from the driver app — with the same digital DeCA and inspection guarantees.

  1. 01

Create the delivery note or DeCA in web or via enterprise API

The traffic team prepares the administrative control document (transport delivery note) or waybill in the web panel. API integrations are available on the Enterprise plan to connect your TMS or ERP.

  2. 02

Send the document to the assigned driver

The driver receives the shipment on their phone instantly. When needed, they can also create the delivery note or DeCA directly from the app on the road.

  3. 03

Operate on the road: QR, signatures and evidence

During inspection, the driver shows the QR from the app per BOE-A-2026-12784 so the inspector can verify the DeCA. At origin, driver and origin company sign; at destination, driver and receiving company sign.

  4. 04

Office with real-time visibility and audit trail

Traffic and admin access the same digital record with change history, signatures and timestamps, ready for customers, audits, VeriFactu and inspections.

Features

Everything your transport company needs on the road and in the office

One platform to create, send, sign and prove compliance for digital delivery notes, DeCA and waybills without operational friction.

Create and send delivery notes and control documents

Generate the transport delivery note, control document (DeCA) or waybill from the web panel and assign it to the driver, or let them create it on the road from the app.

Legal compliance

Ready for mandatory DeCA and digital control documents

Kargo helps you meet the administrative control document in digital format (DeCA) from October 2026. A waybill or eCMR can fulfill that role when it includes the data required by art. 6 of Order FOM/2861/2012.

Deadline

5 October 2026

From this date, the administrative control document (DeCA) must be exclusively digital: native PDF, QR code, direct HTTPS download URL and minimum one-year retention, per BOE-A-2026-12784.

Order FOM/2861/2012

Regulates the goods control document (transport delivery note) and mandatory data: shipper, carrier, goods, vehicle, dates and signatures.

Sustainable Mobility Law

Mandates the control document in digital format and remote document access for inspections, with an adaptation period until October 2026.

Resolution of 5 June 2026 on DeCA

Sets the characteristics of the electronic administrative control document: native digital PDF with QR, direct HTTPS download URL for inspections and minimum one-year retention by contractual shipper and effective carrier.

Kargo supports operational and document compliance. Consult your legal advisor to validate your specific case.
