Is it legal to digitize a paper delivery note with the camera?
Yes. Kargo generates a digital control document (DeCA) from captured data, with a native PDF and QR code compliant with current regulations (BOE-A-2026-12784), not a simple image scan.
How is this different from the QR scanner?
The QR scanner imports DeCAs that already have a QR from another system. The document scanner (Kargo Pro) photographs paper documents and creates a new digital DeCA with an inspection QR.
How much does Kargo Pro cost?
Kargo Pro costs 30 EUR per user per month and includes everything in the Kargo plan plus the document scanner and automatic reading of PDFs linked to external QRs.
Can I enable Kargo Pro for only some drivers?
Yes. You can mix users on the Kargo plan and users on Kargo Pro depending on each role's needs in your fleet.
